How we deliver
Automation and AI in how we build and run analytics
The same automation TSP uses across SAP programs takes repetitive work out of analytics and planning.

Bots for data extraction
RPA bots collect data from systems and files that have no clean interface, so reports start from complete data.
Automated report runs
Recurring reports generated, checked and distributed on schedule, with exceptions flagged for review.
Planning workflows
Data actions, multi-actions and bots run the steps planners repeat every cycle, from loading actuals to copying versions.
Machine learning forecasts
Predictive models give planners a statistical baseline to start from, and learn from each cycle.
Generative AI reporting
Draft reports and variance commentary generated from governed models, then reviewed by your analysts.
Joule in plain language
Business users ask questions in their own words and get answers grounded in SAP data.
How we work
Start small, prove value, then scale
- 0101
Assess and architect
Your data, tools, skills and priorities reviewed against where the business is going. Out of it comes the target architecture and a short list of use cases, ranked by value and effort.
- 0202
Build and deploy
The first use case built end to end: data, model, reports or plans, and adoption. Business users see results in weeks, and the design sets the pattern for everything after.
- 0303
Optimize and expand
More domains, more users and AI added on the same foundation, with performance, costs and adoption tracked. TSP stays on to support and improve what’s live.

Key questions
What finance, data and IT leaders ask about SAP analytics
What happens to SAP BW 7.5 in 2027?
Mainstream maintenance for SAP BW 7.5 ends in 2027, with extended maintenance at extra cost until 2030. The supported paths are SAP BW/4HANA, maintained to 2040, BW private cloud edition inside SAP Business Data Cloud, or a gradual move to SAP Datasphere. A BW assessment shows which fits.
Do we need SAP Business Data Cloud?
If you run SAP and want analytics, planning and AI on the same trusted data, it’s SAP’s direction. Business Data Cloud delivers SAP data as ready-made data products and shares them with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric without copying. Start with one use case where the data products already exist.
How do we move planning off BPC and spreadsheets?
Rebuild planning on SAP Analytics Cloud, one process at a time. Models, logic and input templates move to SAC, actuals connect live from S/4HANA or BW, and planners can keep working in Excel through the SAC add-in. Running old and new in parallel for one cycle builds confidence.
Should supply chain planning run in SAP IBP or SAP Analytics Cloud?
Supply chain planning with capacity, materials and inventory constraints belongs in SAP IBP. Financial and operational planning fits SAP Analytics Cloud. Connected, the two give one plan: S&OP decisions in IBP flow into the financial forecast in SAC.

Straight answers to what SAP leaders ask us most.
What is SAP Business Data Cloud?
SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) is SAP’s managed data platform for analytics, planning and AI, launched in February 2025. It brings together SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW private cloud edition and SAP Databricks, and delivers SAP data as ready-made data products and insight apps.
