Agentic automation

Automation managed services for robots and AI agents

Automations that break every time a screen or an SAP release changes cost more than they save. TSP keeps your robots and AI agents running, fixes what fails and helps your automation estate grow.

Automation managed services, often called RPA managed services, keep an organization’s software robots and AI agents running after go-live: monitoring, fixing failures, updating bots when applications change and looking after the platform. The Silicon Partners (TSP), a UiPath Diamond Partner, provides managed services for UiPath estates, starting with an automation health check.

A three-week diagnostic for your automation estate

Start with Automation Health Check

Most automation programs carry hidden costs: failed runs nobody investigates, aging bots nobody maintains, and licenses paying for capacity nobody uses. The health check shows where your value is leaking and how to get it back.

We start from evidence: how your robots and agents actually run today, and what it costs to keep them running.

What we do

  • Orchestrator log analysisRun times, exceptions and success rates for every automation
  • Performance benchmarkingRobot and virtual machine use, measured against what you pay for
  • Code reviewsTechnical debt and fragile designs that cause repeat failures
  • Governance reviewYour center of excellence practices, standards and support model

What you get

  • A clear picture of every automation’s health
  • The failures that cost you most, ranked

Then we turn the findings into a plan your team can act on, starting with the fixes that pay back first.

What we do

  • Repair planUnderperforming automations ranked for fixing, rebuilding or retiring
  • InfrastructureRobots, machines and environments sized to the work they do
  • Agentic opportunitiesSteps where AI agents would remove recurring failures, mapped to your estate

What you get

  • A prioritized roadmap with defined outcomes
  • Clear next steps for each automation

Finally, we measure what your automation program really returns, against the targets it was approved on.

What we do

  • Performance against targetsActual results compared with the ROI each automation promised
  • License reviewUiPath license use and cost, with capacity you can release
  • Value recoveryThe fastest paths to win back lost value

What you get

  • An executive-ready summary for your leadership
  • License savings you can act on straight away

Every health check includes a pass through Agentic Value Finder, TSP’s tool that analyzes your automation portfolio for steps where AI agents would add the most.

What we do

  • Portfolio analysisEvery automation read for steps that need judgment, documents or exception handling
  • Ranked opportunitiesEach one scored on confidence and value

What you get

  • An evidence-based backlog of agentic opportunities
  • Built on the automations you already have

Three weeks from kickoff to roadmap, with your team involved at each step.

What we do

  • Week 1Kickoff, infrastructure review, Orchestrator log analysis and the start of code reviews
  • Week 2Code and process reviews, and agentic discovery with your team
  • Week 3Findings compiled, roadmap defined, and a final walkthrough with your team

What you get

  • A fixed scope and a fixed fee
  • Findings you keep, whoever runs your estate next

How it works

How we take over your automation estate

  1. Assess

A three-week health check maps every robot and agent, its failure history and the people who rely on it, including automations TSP didn’t build.

  2. Stabilize

We fix the failures that cost you most first, and add the monitoring and exception handling that was missing.

  3. Run

Your bots run under agreed service levels, with regular reports on runs, exceptions and hours saved.

  4. Improve

We retire bots that no longer pay off, rebuild fragile ones and add agents where judgment calls caused failures.

FAQ

Questions about Automation managed services

Straight answers to what SAP leaders ask us most.

Talk to an SAP expert

What’s the difference between automation managed services and a center of excellence?

A center of excellence is your internal team that sets standards, chooses what to automate and governs the program. A managed service is an outside team that runs and maintains the bots day to day. Many companies have both: TSP supports the center of excellence and takes the operational load off it.

Do you support bots that TSP didn’t build?

Yes. Most estates we take over were built by several teams over several years. The health check comes first, so we know what each bot does and how fragile it is before we agree service levels.

Do you manage AI agents as well as robots?

Yes. Agents are orchestrated on the same UiPath platform, so they’re monitored alongside your robots, including agents built with other frameworks. They also get checks of their own: whether their instructions still fit the process, whether they stay within their policy limits, and how often their decisions need correcting.

Can TSP support our SAP system and our automation together?

Yes. TSP runs SAP application management as well, so SAP changes and bot updates can be planned by one team. See SAP AMS.
