Agentic automation

Pre-built bots and ready-to-deploy agents for SAP

Many SAP processes look much the same from one company to the next. TSP’s ready-made agents and bots start from that common ground and are fitted to your system, so automation starts sooner and with less build work.

Pre-built bots and agents are ready-made automations for common SAP processes, such as sales order processing, cash application, month-end reconciliation and material master cleanup, configured to fit your system. The Silicon Partners (TSP) deploys them in your UiPath environment or runs them for you as bots as a service, hosted and supported by TSP.

  1. See it run

We demo the agents and bots that match your processes, on SAP screens your team will recognize.

  2. Fit it to your system

We configure each one for your organizational structure, fields, approval rules, document types and confidence thresholds.

  3. Test with your data

It runs against real examples in a test system, including the exceptions, until your team signs off.

  4. Go live

The automation moves into your UiPath environment, or into TSP’s cloud as a service, with approvals set up in Action Center.

  5. Support and extend

TSP monitors it, updates it when SAP changes and extends it to the next process.

Pre-built or custom automation?

Choose pre-built when your process runs close to SAP standard and you want results soon. Choose custom when the process is unique to your business, crosses several systems, or needs agents designed around your own rules and documents. Many companies start with a pre-built agent for a standard process and add custom work as their program grows.

FAQ

Questions about Pre-built bots and agents

Straight answers to what SAP leaders ask us most.

Talk to an SAP expert

Do pre-built agents and bots work with both SAP ECC and S/4HANA?

Yes, including RISE with SAP. Each one is configured for the system it runs on. When you move from ECC to S/4HANA, they need updating for the new transactions and screens, and TSP plans that as part of the move. See SAP process automation.

Do we need our own UiPath licenses?

Not for bots as a service: the platform comes with the service. To run the automations in your own environment, you need UiPath licenses, and TSP can help you size them so you don’t pay for capacity you won’t use.

Can a pre-built agent be changed to fit our process?

Yes. Every agent and bot is configured for your organizational structure, fields and approval rules before go-live. Changes beyond that become a small custom build on top, which still starts from a working base.
