01 · The challenge
A clean separation on a tight deadline
The business needed a standalone SAP ECC instance across multiple company codes. BW and BPC had to be carved out too and checked in parallel without disrupting live operations, and eight interfaces had to be rebuilt against the new system before a fixed go-live date.
02 · The approach
A structured carve-out, tested end to end
TSP led technical and functional delivery, confirming the systems were cleanly separated before cutover.
What TSP delivered
Carve-out testing
The new ECC, BW and BPC systems tested end to end.
Interfaces
Eight interfaces rebuilt on SAP Integration Suite.
Fiori
Apps deployed to cut manual steps for field operations.
Acceptance testing
Every issue found in user acceptance testing resolved before cutover.
03 · The results
Separated on schedule, with nothing breaking
- Go-live in six months, on schedule across all company codes
- Eight interfaces live with no post-go-live failures
- Real-time financial performance visibility through BPC
- Fewer manual steps in field operations, and lower implementation and support costs
