A global filtration manufacturer is replacing PeopleSoft and SAP ERP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors in the United States and EMEA. The first phase went live in January 2020 for about 4,500 US employees, and TSP has supported Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and WorkForce Software since 2020.

01 · The challenge

Several core HR systems, two continents

The manufacturer ran core HR on several systems in the United States and EMEA, including PeopleSoft and SAP ERP HCM, and wanted to bring them onto SAP SuccessFactors.

02 · The approach

A phased move, supported throughout

The first phase went live in January 2020 for about 4,500 US employees. A phase for the remaining populations began in January 2021, and later phases move the remaining US employees onto WorkForce Software. TSP has been the manufacturer’s support partner since 2020.

03 · The results

  • About 4,500 US employees live on SAP SuccessFactors since January 2020
  • Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and WorkForce Software supported by TSP
