A US insurer’s SAP ECC landscape ran finance, insurance collections and disbursements (FS-CD), HR, GRC and analytics, with several SAP cloud products connected. 01 · The challenge

No room for disruption or compliance gaps

Claims operations couldn’t stop, and regulators allow no compliance gaps. The insurer needed to keep custom code across FS-CD, HR and GRC, fix what wouldn’t work on SAP S/4HANA, and keep Ariba, Concur, Qualtrics and SAP Analytics Cloud connected through cutover.
