1,400+ manual test cases, run again every cycle
The manufacturer was growing through acquisitions and consolidating multiple legacy ERPs into a single SAP S/4HANA system across all divisions and locations. More than 1,400 test cases were run by hand across SAP workstreams, using significant effort every cycle. With no regression automation, tests had to be repeated often, which delayed validation, and keeping test data consistent across environments was hard.
